Avoid! I placed an order for a hob, just like everyone seems to, from this company and still haven't received it. Their phone mailbox is always full and they only respond via email– keep saying the order has been delayed again by the supplier. I took matters into my own hands and called the supplier who took my delivery address and said the order has not even been placed! I placed the order early Jan 2023. I wish I read the reviews of this organisation before ordering. Please avoid to save yourselves the time and stress.

I cannot recommend Lusso Living. It promises but fails to deliver, unable to contact anyone, phone number goes straight to voicemail. Emails unanswered. Left in limbo

I ordered some items based on the delivery date stated on their website, which was deceiving. As they could not deliver these items, I cancelled my order, which they confirmed and said they would refund me. But they did not refund me with my money and went completely silent via email.Basically they just took my money and left.I am going to raise this to Trading Standards and encourage the people being scammed below to do the same. Avoid.

AVOID!!Ordered a Bosch oven and realised it was the wrong model and requested a cancellation and refund. Received an email to say I'd receive a refund within 2 days but they failed to return my payment. They do not respond to emails and they don't answer their phone.I've had to raise a dispute with my bank to try and recover my money.Avoid this company at all costs!

First and last time I will use this company.Placed an order for an oven Nov 2022 (that turned out to be not in stock, although other suppliers had them), due to length of time of deliver (2months) I had to cancel but needed a refund - they promised on 3 occasions that it would be done with a few days, 4 weeks had gone by - no refund - and had to contact my credit card provider to open a case, upon this I was refunded Jan 2023. Such a waste of time

Avoid at all costs. £8500 order to receive no communication what so ever. Lusso Placed an order with AEG but never actually paid for my goods. Was given a delivery date of 7th of March but I think it was all lies as nothing turned up on the 7th. Asked for a refund from lusso but got no reply after. Thankfully bank returned full refund. AVOID. Do your research on companies house to find who current directors and previous directors are and the previous company name. Very suspicious

Ordered item more than 6 weeks ago. Not delivered and repeated excuses about not receiving the item from manufacturer while other retailers have it in stock. Now, can’t get a reply from them. You can’t call them as you always get a voicemail, emails are going unanswered and chat option doesn’t respond. Avoid this company.

*** Fake company *** Ordered a Light Switch which never got delivered. The company never responded to any of my emails and the phone goes straight to voicemail. I warn you . . . . before you order try calling them, i guarantee it goes to voicemail and this will hopefully reinforce that I am telling the truth.
