My elderly father has been a loyal customer for more years than I can remember. Recently he has developed confusion and memory loss. He rung true vision for help with his dvd that wasn't working. As he's always done due to his late brother who worked there and is what he remembered.A call out was made the dvd was temporarily fixed and was charged around £60 . The problem wasn't rectified it may of been cause my father didn't understandMy problem is why charge that amount when you can buy one new for lessI rang the shop but refused a refundI feel my elderly father had been exploited

Helpful is that I didn’t need to buy what I went for but the shop reeked of cigarettes and made me feel ill

Did a good job of fixing my amp and did it quickly but went ahead and spent £87 of my money without checking with me first.

Always patient with my elderly mother when she has a problem with her tv, and prompt if a house call is needed. Finally needed to buy a new tv today. They fully understood her requirements, and delivered and set up the new set within an hour of our purchase. They fully appreciate that to my mother being without a tv is an enormous stress factor.
