I have travelled all the way from Newcastle to Morpeth. Its for Air-Con refill and I was welcome with a good hospitality from by the frontdesk person (Seems like the person in charge). He have listened my requirement and take the job himself and i could see he was doing it with his best. What ever the previous reviews says, I could see all the team do their job with great sprit. .I would definately reccommend to anyone and give it a go with their good service standed. thank you ATS

Had 4 new tyres fitted to my ssangyong tivoli at morpeth garage before xmas , car has just failed its MOT as 3 tyres had been fitted the wrong way. £30 on top of my mot fee to get them re- fitted. One star for correctly fitted tyre. R50MKA.

Very bad attitude with no focus on customer care or acceptance of errors made by them - failing to notify they can’t actually do the MOT my car was booked in for. This was going to be the 1st time I had used ATS - will never consider using them. I would value contact from your complaints team to fully update re attitude of staff and hope your phone calls are recorded.

Turned up for pre-booked appointment for wheel alignment to be told machine was broken . Fair enough but they had my contact details so could have let me know . . given the usual short staffed excuse .I'm self employed and took a hour of work and drive over from Ashington so out of pocket and now have to rebook but it won't be here

Turned up this morning for my 11.30 appointment to have my four wheels tracked . Told there would be a little wait !How long I asked ? Don’t Know came the reply . Well I would like to know .He went away came back five minutes later and said they have to finish the car on that ramp . Come back at 2.30.Not likely give me a refund and I will go somewhere else .Shocking attitude. What is the point of online booking if they are to inept to manage it

We took our car here for an aircon regas. We couldn't be more impressed with the service we recieved. The lads were really helpful and informative throughout the whole service, thank you. We would highly recommend this depot.
