Mobiles Plus iPad Repairs (Certified Apple Repairs)

Great place. Polite and nice techs. Helped me out with my damaged phone. Would recommend them for repairs or for used phones. When I'm in need of any phone service, I'll be going here again.

I can not recommend this place highly enough.I got a friendly welcome when I walked in, and the guy I spoke with was massively helpful.I had a problem with a smart watch, and I didn't know if he could even help. Not only did he fix it, but it was so simple (for a person with the right equipment) that he didn't make any charge.Now, if that doesn't deserve a 5* rating, I don't know what would.Thank you, Mobiles Plus!

Extremely friendly and efficient service. Highly recommended.Woke up this morning to find my iPhone completely dead. After trying all the ways advised online to reboot it I took my phone to mobiles plus……. I was so relieved they were open on a Sunday.The gentleman there took a quick look and said I can fix it but it will cost you £200 and I was like yep that’s fine…...I would literally have paid anything.He fiddled with it for about 10 seconds and passed me back my working phone and said £200 please. I went to go in my handbag and he laughed and said he was joking. When I asked how much it would cost he said nothing. Even on trying to pay something he wouldn’t accept a penny but asked me to remember them and recommend them. I definitely would highly recommend.

UPDATE: BRILLIANT CUSTOMER SERVICE! INSTANT SOLUTION. Based on my experience, I was expecting they may possess the phone for repair, BUT here they swap with another one INSTANTLY. Very good service. Thanks.Below was the first status:They sold me a faulty, expensive phone with its camera lenses' focusing problem! I'LL UPDATE once I get back from them! Check phones' lenses carefully everyone before buying!

Javed has been absolutely brilliant with my uncle 80+ and been so honest with his advice.My uncle had issues with his mobile phone (I said he needed a new one) My uncle went in with his issue and Javed said a new phone wasn’t needed and spent 15 min with him and fixed his issues.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I took my iPad that was not charging to Mobiles Plus to replace the charging port. They managed to get it working within 5 mins and would not take payment. After a discussion they said that they would keep it for an hour to check that it would consistently charge as we had a similar issue in the past.An hour later they called to say that it would only charge sporadically and gave me the option to replace the port. They were clear on price and option upfront with no pressure on what to do.They said that the repair may take 2 to 3 days but would get it done as fast as possible. I was delighted to receive a message from them later that day to say that it was ready to collect. In collection they went through what they had done, showed me the old parts and that the device was charging.Overall I am totally happy with the service, speed and cost of the repair.

Would definitely recommend. I received great service after being disappointed elsewhere. They were able to explain the problem, fix it there and then and give 3 months warranty. They told me to come back the next day if I had any problems which was reassuring after my poor experience elsewhere.

Called in this morning without an appointment for the charger socket on my Samsung s20 to be replaced, not only did they have the part in stock he fitted it within an hour and gave a 3 month warranty.Top service!

I didn’t know if my phone was repairable, smashed screen, hole in the frame, no use of some of the camera/faceID functions, but it was completely repaired in about an hour for about half the price I was expected to have to pay. Perfect.

The operative who repaired my phone was personable efficient and professional. He carried out the work promptly and in good time. The job was well finished and good value for money. I have used thier services before and will certainly do so again.Thank you.
