Jackie was really accommodating and explained details of my alteration to me beforehand. I took a vintage dress to her for a zip repair and she was able to put in an inside zip for what I felt was a really reasonable price and was ready about a week after I took it to her. I phoned this lady and found her very abrupt on the phone. She was only interested in telling me I'd have to be prepared to wait. Totally unprofessional manner. Not sure if I got her on a bad day.
