I would steer clear at all costs. This man apparently works for the Queen! But there is no Royal Warrant visible. . . . and with the attitude, bad service and complete lack of compassion, this man would never be suitable to work for the Royal family!! Firstly Paul made us a bespoke exterior door, which when we were being quoted, we were led to believe that he would actually be making the door for us, plus he made all the right noises about providing us what we wanted. When he turned up, the door was completely wrong. We ordered a hard wood exterior stable door with a 60/40 split with 2 small panes of glass. . . what we actually got was nothing of the sort!! We got a pine door, painted, with a 50/50 split with a massive single pane of glass. I obviously queried this before any work was carried out, but Paul ''didn't know what to say''. Anyway, this went on for a while until Paul eventually convinced me to have the door fitted. After fitting I still expressed my disappointment with the door. This guy quoted a LOT of money. Paul got very irate with me but wouldn't have it that he had ordered the WRONG door. (He didn't even make it himself!) So basically he said ''if it's not in the quote, it didn't happen'' . . . . end of! No customer service what so ever!!! Anyway, he was also due to fit another door (off the peg) which, let's face it, is difficult to get wrong! But he walked off the job without fitting the other door and without completing the other work he had quoted on. So basically, this guy is a crook. He did not fulfill his contract for which we have paid an upfront 20% deposit. Total nightmare!!
