Frandham Boarding Kennels & Rehoming Centre
Our dog Simba stayed at Frandham for a little over a week. He'd previously had issues when staying at the kennals, such as loss of fur and weight due to stress, but no such issues here! The team were all lovely as well. We'll certainly be using them again.

Used this cattery three or four times since our local one closed down during the pandemic. They have always been welcoming and friendly. Our cat.....a very odd creature!!!... has always seemed very happy and never demonstrates any distress when we pick her up.....so she is obviously happy, and my wife tells me that therefore makes us happy!!! Great place, no hesitation using over and over again.

Went to pick up a puppy at 7 weeks old which was a week to early. the people were nice enough at the start but the puppies slept on concrete and hay in the horse stables, with only one dog bed in the corner. It’s smelt really bad like urine and The mother dog was not kept with the puppies, she was in another stable next to them. We asked them a few questions and said they were happy to return the deposit and they can sell the puppy to someone else. In the end we did manage to get her but she was quite ill and had worms. we probably spent more money on getting her back to healthy than the price we paid for her.

Have used Frandham kennels for 10 years , never had a problem dogs are always happy and excited as I turn into the drive.Other members of the family always use them as well.I was recommend they to others.

Very friendly environment. I was able to visit and walk the dog we were interested in, for 5 days, before we made our decision (we have 2 small children), about adopting Penny. She settled well at home, but she was very happy revisiting Kennels- it means to us, she was happier there.She’s going back there for her holidays, when we’re going away for ours.Highly recommend.

Unfortunately I never saw where dogs are kept. On collecting our little Dachshund, we were shocked at how much weight he had lost, even though we were told they had fed him more than his usual amount. He smelled very unpleasant and literally pulled my partner to the car and was wimpering constantly. He laid close to me all the way home and ate like he was starved on arrival. His hair was falling out when we stroked him and it has taken some time for him to return to his happy normal self.

Friendly people and felt very happy with my dogs care over the 10 nights they looked after my dog. Would definitely be happy to book my dog in there again in he future. Easy to get too and well signposted on route.
