Amazing service from Tag Heuer Cheshire Oaks, specifically from Scarlett.I had contacted them as I was looking for a specific watch as a wedding present, and they sourced it in for me. Scarlett kept me updated throughout and managed to get it in time for me. A nice added touch was a letter in the mail congratulating us on our wedding!Great service, thank you again!

Bought a gorgeous Giorgio Armani watch from here. Amazing quality watches but prices where a bit high compared to what I have seen online.

Nipped in today as my Tag Heuer watch wasn’t fitting properly, I found out that I had 5 links one side and 3 links the other side.I was kindly welcomed Inside and dealt with by a kind tall bald man ( sorry forgot your name ) he kindly adjusted my watch to fit perfectly and was happy to adjust again in the future if needed.Thank you for the excellent service, I will be back when I’m ready to increase my collection.Mr Todd

Manager Suzanne not fit for this Store . She need to Understand Culture and she is biased . This is my third watch from this store and I experienced lovely hospitality from previous managers , unfortunately not Suzanne for sure .I definitely thinks not fit for Branded Stores like this which kills reputation in Market .There’s lots of efforts happens in backend from investors and owners of these Stores and they all try hard to keep their reputations . Staff like Suzanne should be trained well and I will be writing about her to head office the kind of gambling she played today with us .Will keep posting once I heard back from Head office . Thanks

Popped in to get the Tag sent away for a new battery.Great customer service, although a battery is £80. !!!!!

Excellent customer service, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Some brilliant bargains. TOP TIP look out for the black and gold price labels as these have the best discounts (we saw some at nearly 50%) and if the price labels are black and silver priced, ask for a further discount as they have some 'wriggle room' with the pricing.
