Soapy Joe's Touchless Carwash

Sadly it is the second time large patches of the side and boot lid have been missed. This is a quick and cheap wash and as such detailing is not expected but the general once over must at least cover the surface of the car. Water marks are not a problem as detailing is not expected but I think missing patches shouldn't be expected. I will try here one more time in hope that the last two occasions have been isolated incidences and amend my review according.Edit:Firstly, many thanks for your prompt reply and offer. I attended on 26th Sep about 11am. I was very pleased with the wash. The staff spent that little longer and it showed in the final result. It is refreshing and appreciated the manner in which you resolved a small issue. I have amended my review to a well deserved 5 stars. Thank you and see you again very soon.

They cleaned my car really well.It looks and smells like it did when I first bought it in MarchThe only car wash I go to now. Go see for yourself. I bet you'll be happy with yours too

Every time i go they frckin miss something. This time it was forgot to rinse the front wheel..and does this look like a tyre shine to you?Ive noticed these things only happen when the boss isn't there.

What can I say about the team at soapy joes! Rain wind or shine they are always hard at it. I bring my vehicle here which is used for my business as I know it will be gleaming and look fantastic when I turn up to my customers houses. I don’t normally do reviews unless there is something to shout about! As I think good and positive things should be shared! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The attention to detail is fantastic and the care they give to your vehicle whether it’s old or new!!! Keep up the hard work soapy joes!!*EDIT*I wrote this whilst they were working on my vehicle, when I drove off and got down the road I noticed that the dashboard was still thick with dust and the trim on the the front of the dashboard was not cleaned, I thought the maxi valet was done quickly was only sat down no more than 10 minutes, come on guys that’s not not normal standards!!

Great wash, quick, and I had about five of ‘em check it over at the end! Inside is lovely and clean.

Would have done a better job if I had p$$3d up the side of my van myself...'Contactless', yup, they barely went near the van !,...........Following the response below I would like to add, I WAITED for the machine to be fixed, has shown on your cctv.I was assured all was well.I left the wash and headed to the center of Manchester, it was at that point I left the van and noticed the marks etc.Having to leave there and head towards Doncaster didn't quite fit in with being able to 'nip across Manchester ' to fix the problem.I've left an honest review,

I have been coming here for a few years with no issues (driving from quite far away because it was the best car wash in Manchester) but lately the attention to detail has really slipped. Took my car yesterday and came home to missed patches on the side and the roof. As I’m not local it’s not so easy just to ‘pop back to get it fixed’ the manager used to quality check the cars as they went out but I have never seen him do that lately. A real shame

Highly Recommended! They managed get off the dried bird poo off the car roof(white colour roof , with dried yellow stains) ! It required a bit of extra work but they managed to clear it off.
