Mark had availability to look at our washer/ dryer within a couple of days and was friendly and professional throughout arranging an appointment. We were provided an approximate time slot for the repair which allowed us to enjoy the rest of our day without having to wait around. Mark was honest and fair and I won’t hesitate to call him again when needed.

I have used Mark a few times now as and when appliances need servicing. Mark is fantastic. He turns up when he says he will and does the work needed and doesn't charge the earth. I highly recommend him and when I next need an appliance servicing, he will be the first person I call.

Mark took the time to track down the fault in our oven, ordered the replacement part and returned to fit it a few days later. All done efficiently and cheerfully, even with me hanging round, and at a reasonable price. If anything else packs up we will definitely call Mark again.
