Got a little stuck in the mud on Christmas Eve... Of 4 companies around had the lowest callout fee, was understanding and arrived within 20 minutes whereas others sounded disinterested and had wait times of two to three hours.

They do exactly what they say - recover vehicles and do it quickly and efficiently, in this case an unlicensed Hummer H3, which was proving to be a bugger to move. We didn't realise that the battery had long since gone flat, but that wasn't a problem either. Top job, thanks Jason.
