Le Petit Prince Patisserie
I am a regular business customer and have previously been very happy with the service. However today I received very poor service from a very unfriendly and rude staff member who seemed determined to put me off placing an order. I placed a decent sized order which appeared to be an inconvenience. Fortunately another staff member stepped in and rescued the situation otherwise I would have left. Although unfortunately I don't think I will be returning.

What I going to say about hygiene there… absolutely discussed what I see .. it’s very dirty place to seat and have a snuck or coffee. Dirt everywhere, if you use the toilet you definitely don’t want catch the coat on dirty door , dust and dirt all over the place. Only I can imagine where and how bean cooked something and it’s already make me sick. Staff can be friendly but looks untidy and messy. With all my respect but I have to be honest need to be done something before people pic up some infection .Caps and spoons look dirty when it’s served and many times you can see after clean the table they never wash the hands and bring you coffee or tea to sticky table. Is that difficult get the good cleaner????? Hopefully will be clean next time but if not…. need to be reported for inspection .

Overpriced products. Awful customer service.Been to this bakery a few times. The staff always look miserable, no greeting or small talk and always forget the order or make some sort of mistake, hence long queues. Considering how expensive this stuff is (3.50 for almost of bread, anyone?) You'd think they'd make some small effort to be welcoming. But no.

Very nice way to spend the hour when the X6 bus towards West Moors does not wait for the 13 bus nearly every hour of the day. Food and service great. Does not quite match to my favourite venue, Pandora's bakery and coffee shop within walking distance (just with the aid of two crutches!) for me from my Pinehurst Park home!

Great looking food and chatty staff, except they chatted too each other and completely ignored me. After waiting for over a minute at the counter without any acknowledgement and no other customers, I gave up.As I left one of the staff muttered oops!They must be doing really well, so that they can afford to turn down small orders of 4 cakes and a loafI really do prefer to use small independent businesses, but with service like this, I'll have to find another place

Very disappointed, one member of staff was rude and very miserableThen I noticed tables being washed then cakes and bread rearranged without washing hands. Can't eat here again.

Staff are always very friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. Great place for a relaxed lunch with family or friends.

Came here for brunch. The place has nice aesthetics and is nice to sit in and eat/drink. This place is pricier than most cafes. Nice as a one off though. Different types of bread and ingredients used. Tasty food and pleasurable experience. Has a toilet on the premises. They take Amex here too which is good.

It’s grubby, tables were sticky where they are not cleaned properly. Should have gone to Costa next door which is a great shame because I’d rather spend my money at an independent.Please give it a good clean and I’ll come back.
