Spent £100 on an aftershave which hadn't been sealed correctly in its box. I lost, roughly, half of it as it leaked in my bag. Won't be returning.

Staff are good for price checking and getting you the best price just make sure they actually give you the right product asked for mens 212 she gave me the womens very similar boxes so double check they did however correct when I noticed

Worst company to deal with. Bought gift sets for click and collect and it got dispatched from warehouse only to find out that staff has sold my gift sets to other customers. How daft of staff not to see my name on package? Staff must have purchased themselves and made up the story as Gift sets were discounted. Still waiting for refund!

Popped in to collect a Perfume I had ordered online as a gift and on my visit, I wanted to see if I could find a new perfume for myself. I didn’t want to spend over a certain amount and Adam went above and beyond to help find me just the right scent! It’s been a while since I’ve came across a staff member as helpful as him.
