Beyond Pilates London

Such a great experience with Pilates teacher Cordelia . She has incredible technical knowledge and offers massage to support Pilates moves in her studio where of course she has all the Pilates tools. Her work has really helped my back and transformed my wife’s posture. Cannot recommend highly enough.

As much as I want to keep the brilliant Cordelia entirely secret and to myself, she deserves more than 5 stars for being an incredibly knowledgeable, professional and fun pilates leader. Since I started going to weekly sessions at her really nice studio (full of other lovely people), I've lost weight, grown half an inch and my neck works properly again after a bike accident 3 years ago. So grateful I discovered these classes.

Cordelia is incredibly committed to helping everyone get the most out of their class. The location is really nice classes are small. Highly recommend
