Visted first time and was apprehensive of going to a New Salon however I would like to express my thanks to all but a very special mention to Sagar. I went to have highlights done and was very impressed by Sagar's professionalism, knowledge and how he completed the perfect outcome for my hair. I attended on a Saturday which was a busy day, Sagar was the only hair specialist on duty but whilst being there I observed how calm and composed Sagar remained whilst he attended to all the walk in visits that came for hair cuts and straightening of hair whilst I was also booked in. It did delay me a little while due to Sagar attending to others but I did not mind as the outcome of my hair was what I wanted.Thank you Sagar, thank you Lotus Hair & Beauty Salon.

I have used this salon for a long time. I always get my hair cut here along with eyebrows and upper lip. I have had a facial and massages here too. They do not fail me every time.They show care towards the customer and their requirements. I am sometimes unsure on what to do and seek guidance - I can put my trust in Kam (the owner) and she does not disappoint. She knows what will suit me and what I will like. She takes her time to make these decisions and is professional in her job. She has the knowledge behind what she is doing.I’m glad I found this salon and would highly recommend to everyone. Pictures attached have no filter.. that is my own hair. With giving Kam a brief of what I was after she produced that with the help of her hair stylist who cut my hair. No filters used on the pictures and taken from a mobile phone. They speak for themselves. I always get plenty of compliments on my hair after visiting this salon.Thank you and keep up the good work.

Highly recommend , yesterday i had hair keratin the service is very good and the staff is very friendly with everybody. my hair was damaged bcoz i had perm before now am very happy see my transformation .

Randomly found this Salon and got keratin and smoothing with nice hair cut on my first visit and LOVED the end result. It was a great experience from start to finish! The staff there is very nice .. talks very well !Sagar is good and has good proficiencies and he'll give you advice if you're unsure of what kinda look you're going for. Had a medical emergency whilst in the salon yesterday, everyone was absolutely amazing. Hair beautifully coloured and cut. Love the eye brows. Will defo be going back. Higy recommended
