Lovely quiet and relaxing site. The holiday bungalow had everything we needed and Dale and Julie were very welcoming and helpful hosts. The accommodation is very reasonably priced too. Very highly recommended. I expect we'll be back whenever we visit family in the area.

Fantastic site in a stunning location. The site is easily accessible and clearly signed. The owners were so welcoming and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Very peaceful site with lovely views over the countryside. No matter which pitch, you were angled to have a good view and privacy on your pitch.Lovely walk into the village which has a Spar and plenty of food outlets. We tried Honey's bakery which we can recommend.On the lane down to the village there is a bridle way to walk along. We enjoyed walking this in the morning with our dog. Facilities are spotless on site and each pitch has optional electric hookup per pitch and a water point shared between two pitches. We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to coming back in the near future.

We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Lovely quiet site. No children! Nice short marked walk on site. Lovely clean showers and toilets. Only stopped o e night on the way home from Ireland but so wished we could have stopped longer. Definitely a place to come back to as lots to se and do in the area. Added bonus - you only pay for the electricity you use.

What a fantastic find. Dale & Julie are very welcoming and at only £16/night for a pitch in high season, what more could you ask ? Elsan/grey water disposal, fresh water point and use of the (spotlessly clean) sanitary facilities included in the price. We’ll be back for sure.

Lovely little site great views from all pitches, shared toilet facilities and very clean. Ideal position for exploring lots that North Wales has to offer, Julie and Dale great owners and always there to help. 5 stars will definitely be back to this site.

Excellent adults only site. We booked at the last minute to make the most of the late summer weather. The site is great, extremely well kept grounds with 16 amp pay as you go EHU and shared water tap between two pitches. Julie and Dale are a lovely couple and couldn't have been more helpful. Dale lent us chocks for the van as the pitch was very slightly sloped and Julie gave us some great tips for eating out. She recommended the Holly Bush but it was so warm we didn't fancy the walk to the train station so ordered a takeaway from Ocean takeaway instead. We paid £16.00 per night plus the electric we'd used which was a bargain and a much fairer way of charging for electric rather than the blanket fee which most sites tend to charge. The toilet and shower block was kept spotlessly clean, I spotted Dale cleaning several times a day. We really enjoyed our weekend and will definitely be back. Thank you.

What an excellent little gem this is. Well run, very good facilities, toilets and showers are impeccable. Hosts friendly and welcoming. We booked for a week enjoyed it so much we asked Dale the owner if we could stay longer, he had no problem in accommodating our request. It's an excellent site and great value for money at £12.00 plus electric. After reading the positive reviews we were certainly not disappointed. We wouldn't hesitate to book again another year.

Exceptionally Warm welcome from Julie and Dale (not sure at all where Sally Luthgoe, who gave the low rating below, was staying!!)Its a small set up but clean and totally delightful and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to all fellow Motorhome travellers

We had the pleasure of staying here over the Bank Holiday weekend.Very well maintained site with decent size pitches that have EHU and water.You can see that Julie and Dale obviously care.Facilities are clean and well maintained.Unfortunately we had some issues with other guests that the owners dealt with promptly and efficiently.Their prices are very cheap for what you get.We would highly recommend this site!
