I called Charlie at Complete Bricks Ltd as I had an emergency flooring issue. He came straight away as local and fixed the problem for me the next day. Very grateful and had a stunning finish. Being single parent I am sceptical of builders being in my home but Charlie was so lovely and friendly.He is due back in a few weeks to complete some more jobs for me around the home that i need doing.Thankyou Charlie

Charlie and his team were life savers when my husband and I were left in the lurch with a shambles of an extension erected by a different firm. He came round to view the incomplete extension and provide a quote within 24 hours of the enquiry. He was upfront and honest about what was required to get the build up to code, fair and reasonable with pricing and just a really lovely guy to boot.So annoyed we didn't go with Complete Bricks from the outset, but really grateful for the great work Charlie did. He saved us a fortune and got the project done to a standard that our previous contractors just couldn't compete with. Absolutely recommend this company for quality, pricing and timeliness.

Thought I had a roof leak, called these guys and the lovely man called Charlie came to look at my leak. It turned out it wasn't a leak at all but a condensation issue. The problem was solved with a few vents fitted in the loft and in the windows. I have no idea what I'm found and he could have taken complete advantage and fitted a whole new roof for all I know. Very trusted and reliable, could not recommend more.

Charlie and Joe visited me after asking for a quote for a small exstension on the back of my property. They explained everything and went through the quotation and updated me every week on what had been done. I had to wait for 6 months, which suited me perfectly as my work shifts are unpredictable but price was unbeatable and the work was to such a high standard and a lovely finish. I now want my garden done and I will be getting Charlie and his team back in to do this for me.

Was recommended By a friend and the work was fantastic and on budget. We were kept informed at all stages and found Charlie a pleasant person to work with and gave us some different options which saved us some money.Will use again for any future home improvements.

Used them to do an extension, driveway at the front and some landscaping to the rear garden.I found them to know what they were doing, made good suggestions and they were a good team, nothing was too much trouble.Finish was excellent, attention to detail was great and they left the site tidy at the end of each day and at the end cleaner than they found it.Pricing was fair and transparent the extra work I requested during the build was costed by Charlie who was always on hand either in person or on the phone.I would recommend these guys and will go back to them for future projects

Never met any deadline, caused 50K worth of damages to my property (valued by an independent surveyor, copy can be provided upon request) and sent me an invoice for extras"
