Amber was really great! She was pleasant, reassuring, talkative and confident in her delivery of a wax. She was quick at doing the wax too- which made it all the better.Beautiful beauty room. Appreciated the ambient lighting and soft music. Will definately return! Great service all round. Thankyou

Finished my college work so decided to treat myself last min. Quick and easy to book. Nice staff, welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, music. Lovely warm oils and massarge. Generous time. Lovely Xmas trees and water offered at end. Should do this more often. Many thanks

Absolutely lovely! Amber was amazing - friendly, super quick, very professional and I could tell she was very experienced and the waxing process was almost pain free. Made me want to get it done more often!She took great care to look at all the details and checked over my legs to make sure that she got all the pesky little hairs too.I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

Michelle was very friendly and professional throughout my treatment, Purederma. I feel at ease and relaxed at the Eastwood retreat, it's a friendly and welcoming environment. I'm glad I've found such a lovely retreat to escape to.

Fabulous pedicure this morning by Isabelle. Lovely atmosphere, background music, very friendly staff and welcoming with a cup of tea and biscuit.Perfect for a relaxing morning for the start of maternity leave. Can’t wait to go back for further treatments! Thank you Isabelle

Isabelle always knows what to do to my nails even if I have no clue! Great atmosphere, clean, friendly, chatty and knowledgeable staff, so many colour options of the gel bottle! You will not be disappointed! Massages are great too!
