I have worked along side blue bird for over a year now. I love being a carer and get the support I need from my team. I have gotten to know many service users supported them through ups and downs and always had my team to share it with. On going training always given to make you the best carer you can be..Many more years with blue bird to come.. :-)

Please please provide the care that your advertisement says. It is very worrying that you just leave elderly people on there own without informing the relatives. I can't stress enough how upsetting this is when you don't turn up on time and just leave the elderly person wondering what is going on.

Terrible agency, please do NOT use. The carers are supposed to use an App facility that most of them can’t or don’t use properly so the office never know if anyone has turned up. It’s up to the family to ring and tell the office, them you get fobbed off with pathetic answers. We are constantly being let down by no shows or carers that have no clue how to ‘care’. The people in the office have the talk but definitely do not know how to run a care agency.

Usually the carers have been supportive but not always observant that my Nan isn't herself and just writes Fine" in the log. We have also discovered that when they got no response yesterday

This agency is by far one of the most difficult our family has dealt with. The carers themselves are nice, friendly and welcoming. Only one uses initiative the rest resort to the care plan which looks like it was written by a toddler. Office staff are useless and do not know how to take accountability. I don't know why they advertise carers in uniform and in reality there isn't one. If your looking for home assistance and you want your loved one cared for properly AVOID like the plague. This agency is more hassle them it's worth, though they gave us such high hopes. Carers get away with doing nothing and the office back this up and justify everything. Imagine having carers who cant care without reading a manual shocking.

This agency is by far the worst agency I’ve ever experienced. The office staff sell a dream that they have no intentions of fulfilling. The care staff are beyond lazy and sloppy and get by doing the bare minimum. They are paid for a service which they do not provide in its entirety. The plans put together by the office staff are an absolute joke and the fact adults would follow the nonsense in the book is even more shocking. Every time the office is contacted they are very nonchalant or come up with a lavish excuse or don’t respond. In order to be a caregiver you’d need to actually have a caring bone and common sense. Though some of the caregivers themselves are very polite it just doesn’t correlate with the franchises vision. Side note: apparently every carer is the best carer they have on their books.

Stealing my belongings taking my money not turning up always excuses leaving me alone with no support

Although generally reasonable if you have an emergency like projectile vomiting and need an emergency call out to redress and help in the clean up. With the boss Faustina not being there you get no assistance at all.
