I ordered 2 sets of wrap around replacement cushions in Poppy Peach on Tuesday for my cane swivel chairs and they arrived on Friday. I received a text from the delivery driver on Friday saying between 4.15 and 5.15. At 4.20 there he was. You can't get better service than that.I'm delighted with the cushions and they're actually better quality than the other ones.

Totally fabulous company to deal with 100per cent honest reliable quick, great quality.If only everyone else took such pride in there work.Totally transformed the furniture cushions for conservatory.Gill the owner lovely person to do business with.A total pleasure to find their are still some honest suppliers out there.Highly recommended and that is a rare thing for me.

This is a superb online company. Their professional staff (Anne) handled my enquiry/order from start to finish, giving much needed advice and help with my measuring. Anne even sent an additional fabric sample, which hadn't previously been on their range, because Id mentioned that I liked their striped fabrics but they didn't have the colour I needed. That was the one I chose. The order was placed 13th October, the cushions were delivered on 15th. They were beautiful, superb workmanship and finishing and I am absolutely delighted with them. I can only give Gilda2020 Ltd 5 stars but in my opinion, they are far in excess of this.

Excellent service by knowledgeable staff member. Replacement cane chair cushions made with quality fabric and expertly sewn. Delivery cost very reasonable and was next day delivery. Would use this firm again, no hesitation in recommending.

Telephoned Gilda, received advice and help, gave measurements as my cane furniture wider seat than standard, placed order. Huge parcels delivered by van yesterday. Cushions absolutely perfect, fit chairs and sofa exactly, very comfortable. Delighted with service and product.Can't think of any niggles. Oh, yes - the Card receipt folded into a tiny square and stapled to enclosed delivery note. Nearly didn't see it and broke fingernail trying to get it off. How about a tiny envelope attached to note in future? But if that is the only niggle I reckon Gilda still deserve top marks. Well done!

I purchased one of their JUMBO CORD Adult Pouff Fold Out Futon Single Guest Bed Chair Mattress Bed from a well known auction site. After using it about 6 times I found the foam wasn’t bouncing back, I contacted Gilda who explained they had a dodgy batch of foam so would send me some replacement. The replacement arrived but after using a few times it is going exactly the same as the previous. I contacted Gilda again but they we’re basically not interested in helping as the original purchase was now 13 months ago!

I cannot praise this company highly enough. The new cushions arrived in good time and are just as described. They are firmer than my original ones, but look good.One of the seat cushions was damaged, but the customer care was second to none and they have communicated with me promptly and rectified the problem as quickly as they could. So lovely to have this level of service, such a rare thing in this day and age. Well done guys/gals.
