We had a fantastic design service from Janet and from the team at creative homes. Their commitment to a great customer experience is amazing. Every single person from the showroom to the joiner, plumber, electrician etc did their absolute best to give us the kitchen we wanted.Work was carried out on time, to a very high standard by tidy, courteous and friendly workmen. Very highly recommended.

As a new start up business, with a limited budget Creative Homes Scotland were able to provide us with modern, quality, bespoke, fixtures and fittings for our staff break out areas and meeting room. All cabinets were made to measure, utilising the space that we had and giving us plenty of storage. Alan and his team were fantastic from start to finish, Creative Homes" outshone the bigger companies that we had in to quote for the work! I have been in the building trade for over 60 years, I wanted to do my kitchen and this would be the last kitchen I do. I went to Alan at Creative Homes where he took me through the showroom, which I must say was stunning then through to the factory area where they had all the modern technology to make my kitchen, there were some units that I required that other companies couldn’t make but at Creative Homes this wasn’t a problem as everything is custom made in their factory. My order was placed with peace of mind and as Alan explained to me everything would be made and ordered a week before it was delivered to me. Then my kitchen was delivered by Andy with no damages and on time. My son is a joiner and he fitted my kitchen with ease. His comments were after working all over Britain this was one of the best kitchens he’s ever fitted. My wife and I are so happy that we chose Creative Homes and trusted them with our kitchen. I have recommended Alan and his team at Creative Homes to everyone that I know and speak to.

Had our kitchen designed and fitting arranged by this company. The fitting company were good and removed old kitchen then fitted new one.Only small problem was the tap we had chosen was not very good so we picked another replacement which took a few weeks to sort out but it has been done. Kitchen now finished and the transformation is amazing.The staff were professional and helpful and the quality of the units is of a really high standard

Was looking to get fitted wardrobes in our bedroom and visited a few places in Glenrothes, but Creative Homes were the only ones that seemed interested. It wasn't the largest of projects but they really went all out for us, laying out a design that we wanted, going through all the options and various finishes and making sure it all worked together with the sliding doors.The fitters arrived on the arranged date, completed the job perfectly and even cleaned up after themselves. They wouldn't leave until they were sure we were happy with their work, very impressive.After a few days we decided that it would be handy to have 2 extra shelves, so phoned up to enquire. Spoke with Ken who was only to happy help and arranged to have them made to the exact size etc, even offered to deliver them himself when ready.Due to being in the area when they were ready we decided to collect the shelves ourselves, spoke to Ken who wouldn't take any payment, despite us having already agreed to pay.Excellent service, so next year when we're looking to completely redo the bathroom, I know where we will be going first, very impressed.

Alan and the team at Creative Homes Scotland supplied us with a quality kitchen for our new build. We went in with a drawing and quote we had done by another company and we couldn't believe the improvements that Alan and Janet made over the original drawing so it was a no brainer for us. They are also an approved retailer for Porcelanosa so we're able to manufacture and supply us with beautiful Krion worktops anda splashback with built in shelves that looks stunning. We made a few small revisions through the process and nothing was too much trouble. We were able to visit the workshop as the kitchen was being manufactured where they use the latest technology to ensure the accuracy of the products. Delivered undamaged on the agreed date, a pleasure to deal with and competitive prices, what more could you ask for

From the first point of contact the team at Creative Homes were amazing. I went with my elderly mother who wanted a new kitchen with a very specific layout. The team took so much time guiding her through every step of the process so she could get everything she needed.Everything was so well thought out with a huge amount of time spent considering her physical abilities and how the design could be adjusted to make using her beautiful kitchen easier as she go older.She delighted and so am I.

After multiple building projects with the usual tradesman issues, in comparison Creative Homes Scotland was outstanding in every aspect of the project. Friendly, experienced, professional advice. Kitchen, utility and bathroom remodelling with bespoke design. Alan, Janet and Pamela are responsive and supportive. Alan has a unique ability to instil confidence and back up with professional advice and a premium product. Installation team were friendly and great to have in your home. After installation the plan was to return after 4 days to pick up snagging jobs. The best compliment I can give Alan, Gary and his team is that despite remodelling 3 rooms there were NO snagging jobs. Very happy and highly recommended.
