Dogs Trust Kenilworth made what was a heartbreaking visit so much more bareable with their professional warmth. I loved how they were focused on my elderly dogs needs and comfort. I can highly recommend them. From the moment you enter you know dogs are in safe hands!

Dogs trust do an amazing job! We had our dog from dogs trust Kenilworth 10 years ago. So, each year if they have one we visit dogs trust for their Christmas fayre. We were disappointed this year with the cost of all of the stalls! £5 for 3 goes on a tombola with nothing more than the usual bits and pieces. £2 for a go on find the alcohol stall. We visited Santa paws for £2 and usually our dog receives a small gift. This year other than saying hello to Santa and a few small treats from Santa our dog received nothing.I understand that things are difficult for charities and dogs trust are brilliant but we just wanted to help support them.We all felt like it was all about the money. We'd have liked a stall we could purchase some things like other years. The bottle stall is usually done so you can win anything from shampoo to whiskey. This was just water which was not even drinkable. This seems expensive for £2 we would have spent more had the prices been lower. Glad we no children with us only adults, dread to imagine the cost!

I applied to give a dog a loving home around a year and a half ago. Everything went Ok until they found out I had a disability. As someone else has stated, they do discriminate against disabled people, as well as other groups. Had this happened now, I absolutely would've taken legal action.Unfortunately, I had to adopt from a breeder. I have one very happy and well trained boy who is absolutely spoiled; he is walked more than enough and further than many other dogs, the only difference being that I walk him from a wheelchair. I work from home, own my home etc. and so had such a great arrangement and environment to provide. It's such a shame, as many disabled people really do feel a deeper connection with their pets and bounce support off one another.Dogs Trust also will not support dogs with behavioural issues; like many rescues, they're only interested in the cute, fluffy and friendly ones that will be rehomed easily. By this practice, Dog's Trust DO put healthy dogs to sleep (although they see dogs with issues as not being healthy.) Never again will I support Dog's Trust and rescues with similar practices.

I really can't praise dogs trust enough. Within a week I have the most adorable companion Charlie. The advice was wonderful and Charlie appears to think he has always been here. Thank you to Sabrina and Ross. You have changed 2 lives for the better ......Sue

Went here to look for a dog after losing mine.Saw the various lovely dogs needing homes with clean runs etc. The staff was really helpful and amazing. After various questions to the staff they informed me about a lovely dog. Long story short i have reserved this old boy and cant wait to get him to his forever home. They let you visit your new dog whilst you wait for various checks by the vet etc.Meet my new lovely boy Max ❤️Highly recommended and worth a visit

I booked myself and my dog in for 1-2-1 training for a couple of sessions, and I have found both sessions to be extremely helpful. It is usually the dog walker that needs the training to ensure they are using positive reinforcement with their dog, and whilst I was on the right path, they were able to provide lots of useful knowledge of how to handle different situations.I am currently putting into practice what we learned and will certainly be returning for further training sessions.I found them very understanding of both my / my dogs' abilities, making a very positive experience, and they followed up with email with details of each session.
