Helen is such a lovely person and I’d highly recommend her for her Reiki skills and also knowledge and advice. I had suffered severe burnout and decided to see if Reiki could help me. Helen’s treatment has made a difference to my progress, which up to now had been very slow.

My experience of Reiki with Helen was amazing. She's a lovely person and that put me at ease straight away. The treatment was incredible and I felt so relaxed after, plus I had the best nights sleep that night I have had in a long time. I've already booked in for another treatment and I would highly recommend her, I felt she really knows her stuff!
