Great gym, great staff and great prices! Been going to sports centres for years with huge regret that I didn't start here sooner! Owner works out there too and he's extremely helpful plus I didn't even know he was the owner someone else had to tell me :D

Great gym. I was nervous to begin as I’ve always used large chain gyms. I began by having a PT (shout out to Kirsty) and now feel confident enough to use the gym on my own. A really friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Great place and staff, never too busy and good prices, if you like your space maybe take a miss on the hours of about 5-6:30 and the rush hour should be gone by then
