Very unprofessional. I’m sure there are a lot of good staff there and their services are stretched, but it’s a shame how one can ruin it for all.

I recently had my first midwife appointment here. Not my local, was puzzled why I was sent here. None the less I attended. My midwife was late, not very cheerful making me slightly disheartened.Then to top it off I received a blood test? Okay no problem Iv has plenty before! But! Never like this!! I told her my arm went dead straight away. The nurse couldn’t care less and just laughed it off, like it’s fine.This resulted in a A&E trip three days later with severe bruising all over the back of my arm and down my forearm, I lost sensation in my thumb and had received bad nerve damage!!! Everyone Iv shown has never! Seen such a state due to a simple blood test.In total disbelief this lady is in practice!!I’m not the complaining type but I have taken pictures and will have to take this further there is no way Jemma is delivering or being anywhere close to my child.

It is a lovely hub. Just need more classes at different times
