What fantastic service! I was in a fix with a 2 day gap available to get some vinyl flooring completed and Anthony came to my rescue.He rang back in five minutes and had it sorted. The workmen came out and did a terrific job, efficient, skilled and very pleasant. They left it immaculate. Can't praise them enough!

Castle Street Flooring
Having visited a few chain stores and been unimpressed with the service and prices, I went to see Castle Street and couldn’t be more delighted. Anthony and Ninette have been so helpful, even calling when they thought there would be a better colour stair tape than the one we had gone for (they were right!)Professional throughout, a great price and so accommodating when we had to delay due to building work taking longer than expected. We are so happy with the carpets!

Castle Street Flooring
Castle Street Flooring have just supplied and fitted 4 bedrooms, stairs and landing carpets for our self build. Anthony was a pleasure to deal with right from when we initially visited the shop, he then came out to do a site visit. They offer a huge selection of carpets and flooring. The fitters were lovely guys and did a superb job. Overall we are extremely happy with the product and the service that CSF have provided and we will be using them in future.

Castle Street Flooring provided an exceptional service. The initial consultation was fast and any questions we had were answered. We didn’t feel as though they were trying to sell us products we don’t need but instead products that would meet our needs. The fitting was completed within a few hours and to a professional standard. The carpets look great and have really changed our whole space. We certainly would recommend and use again.

Very happy with the service from Castle Flooring. They were easy to do business with and Anthony communicated well. Steve made a very neat job of the fitting and connected well with the existing flooring in the adjacent rooms.Reason for only 4 stars instead of 5 is the delay in the supply of the product. Not the responsibility of Castle Flooring, but if we had known in advance we may have chosen a different product.

We would highly recommend Castle Street Flooring. From start to finish they have been great and very professional. The floor has been down for two months now and we love it. There have been no problems with it. We will be using Anthony and his team again in the future!

Brilliant service from start to finish . Fitters very respectful worked methodically and very tidy. Anthony kept in touch every step of the way with some great ideas . He came to inspect work before we paid the final balance . Really could not recommend this company enough they have been excellent and we are so happy with our stunning new floor.

Highly recommend. Sales guy (Anthony) came round with wide selection of carpets to our tastes, he gave us a price there and then once he measured and carpets were then fitted within a week. Carpets fitted very well by two guys, very happy with our service.
