I have visited this salon three time for Nextgen nails. Their nails look great but the techniques are not really up to standard. As a new customer, there were no questions on allergies to products, just straight into the process. Second visit, a refill, which was carried out quickly and looked great but I had two sore fingers where the filing of the old nail went into my skin. Second visit, I left with four sore fingers and one turned septic, due to over filing into my skin. I will not be returning!!!!!!!

I went here to get nexgen nail extensions for prom and I'm impressed.The nails looked great and the removal process was quick and almost painless (if you have sensitive skin like my friend did the filing process might've caused some pain but for the most part they're careful but quick).When you walk in, there's a bell and the chance of being stared at when you walk in which can be uncomfortable but it's normal for us to look in the direction of sound so I know there's no judgement. Overall, great experience and would seriously recommend it :)

Just awful. This used to be my favourite place about 6 years ago but it has gone downhill massively. Staff are nasty and plain rude. They rush to get the job done and don’t care about the outcome. The good reviews will be only from their regular customers who they dote on and offer drinks to just because they know there will be a chance of a tip. Otherwise they won’t bother with the niceties or with doing a good job!

I have used Lily Nails for a while now and am becoming increasingly frustrated with their time keeping. If I book an appointment for 1pm fair enough they may run over ten mins finishing off the person before but I find myself waiting over half an hour. There is no point in people making appointments for say 1pm if you start doing a walk ins set at 12:50pm and then don’t begin the appointment until 1:30pm

Done my pedicure here. very disappointed... Tools they was using was not sanitary, and I got fungus infection from this place. When I asked why they not soaking there tools in barbicide lady's didn't know what is this thing. After explaining what that is - there response was:u don't need to do that it's waste of money". I was like wow!!I'm mobile beautician myself and I would never put the client in the risk always need to sanitize your tools before and after use. I will never come to that place again ever..."
