the initial meeting and measure was OK we went in and ordered a carpet 800 so not a cheap one to be told the day b4 fitting it wasn't available the owner had gone away and I'd booked it well in advance fair play to the lady in office ordered me another not the one that I wanted but had no choice considering it wad the day b4 my fitting and had waited months. on return from his holiday knowing how disgruntled I was couldn't be bothered to apologise for there mistake and just wanted there money I recommend ed them to a friend and lo and behold his carpet isn't ready on time I wish I had gone back to the other shop. won't go there again I just hope this carpet is OK as I have already been ripped off from another firm after they sold me a carpet 1000 and was knackered after 15 months

I already complained about the shoddy service. No refund was offered, nothing. I have included pictures with this review as further evidence.I approached Bridge flooring and was persuaded to purchase a carpet the owner told me was going out of stock. He told me that the carpet was really good quality and would last at least 10 years give or take. However, after only 5 months or so, the carpet is flat and is lightly fraying. This cost £330/£340 for one room. At the time, I thought the price was reasonable, but certainly not after the damage caused and the wood around the skirting boards all cut into, in some places half an inch. And now the state of the carpet after only several months is awful.There were red flags to begin with, the fact the owner describes his employee as lazy" and basically only gets out of bed when it suits him. Coupled with leaving his own reviews under the name 'Rick Bridge.'"

Have used Bridge Flooring for our 3 bedrooms upstairs, the hallway and stairs and intend to use them for our rooms downstairs. Quality flooring for a great price. Friendly and helpful people. Would recommend.
