The poor woman thatvworks here must be board, I love you hehehehee. Amazing place, great service and people. Also if you want a good chat about just vapeing stuff come here. Guy didnt accept a driving licence as proof of id, what a joke of a shop, better sure this is the shop who sell school kids

I've been going to this shop for a few years now and it's definitely my favourite vape shop. The manager Stuart is unbelievably knowledgeable when it comes to all things vape, whether it's advice on the best device to get or which liquid to go for - he is always spot on. My most recent visit was a fairly long one - my newly purchased device wasn't working the way it should have been, Stuart was determined to figure out the issue and didn't give up until he sussed it. The customer service is unbeatable. Erica the lovely assistant manager has been a brilliant addition to Vpz, she's also great at her job and knows what she's doing. Lovely clean , well stocked shop with experts who never forget a face, highly recommend.

Great team always happy to help and show patience if I take ages choosing. The manager (I think...) was more than happy to change my tank glass for me and replaced my seals as well as he noticed they were worn.

Amazing service and always knowledgeable. I bought a smok pro80 and two weeks later it started leaking. Took it back today and was helped by Cameron who went above and beyond. He said the shop would need to hold onto my device for 48 hours, however I explained how I used it to stop smoking and without it would end up back on the cigarettes. Without any hassle he exchanged it for a new one saving me encountering the problem of being without the device for 48 hours. To say I was pleased would be understatement. Thank you Cameron for being understanding of my situation and providing amazing and outstanding customer service.
