My family had chips which we haven't been to a chippy for a long time because of bitty chips putting us off but the chips were lovely fluffy in the middle and golden on the outside definitely going back for more.

Food is cooked perfectly however with the new wrapping I did not have any batter left on my fish as it was all stuck to the paper so that was very disappointing and the whole point if having fish in batter. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars for sure

The nicest fish and chips I've ever had! everything was cooked to perfection, the chips were soft on the inside crispy on the outside and very flavorful! The fish was perfect and the biggest large Portion of cod ive ever had! It was light and flaky and the batter was so good!! Outstanding chippy with really kind welcoming staff:) Highly recommend I'm so glad we found this place!!

Nice enough family. But firstly a really difficult location to find, secondly they had the audacity to give us chips that were so dry, they could break your teeth, and a fish taste that suggested oil hadn't been changed in a long time. I can only think all the other 5 star reviews were coming from peoples pet dogs.

The homemade chicken curry & chips we had for tea from jolly rodgers polgrean st blazey par was amazing best I have ever tasted I would recommend it to anyone well done penny x

Very good fish and chips, but difficult to find even with the Navi. First time customers should check the navi closely or call for directions. Once new Polrean is finished it'll be easy enough to find. staff were friendly and helpful. Open till 21.00. All other chip shops in the area close at 20.00.

After calming down I went down and saw the owner and explained about how poor the fish was,and the owner was very polagectic and othered me a deal the nxt time I went in shop.,so I will be going back again
