Denise the owner is amazing! She goes above and beyond what I have ever seen any bridal shop owner do. I can not say enough at how kind, professional, hard working and supportive she was during the lead up to and on my wedding day. I highly recommend this bridal boutique to anyone! Not only is Denise the owner, but also the seamstress and made all our dresses fit to perfection as well as making matching cravats for all the groomsmen. I am still getting comments on how beautiful the dresses were that we ordered from her, with one friend saying that they were the prettiest she had ever seen at a wedding.

Me and My wife bought our Bridesmaids dresses here. At first it was all good and they all went for the fittings and everything was going good. This soon changed. To start when we received the dresses, we received the wrong sizes for one or two of the dresses. As we where now so close the our big day they could not be changed. Or big day came and this is where we started to see more issues with the dresses. The seems on the flower girl dresses where starting to come undone around the waist area and the quality of the dresses where showing signs of being poor. The day came to an end and it came time to have the dresses dry cleaned. We sent them off not expecting any issues. But we soon received a phone call regarding the first flower girl dress. All of the sequins had come off the dress and the seems was beginning to come away more. We where advised not to wash the other dress and contact the store. This is where we was met with the very unhelpful customer service from the company. They took months to sort out replacement dresses. Stating issues with the supplier and saying that we have no rights to replacement (I think you'll find we have statutory rights for goods that are not of good quality). Finally after 8 month after our wedding we had replacements. But still when my wife went into the shop she was very rude and unhelpful. I would advise people to be very careful using this company and make sure if you have issue know your statutory rights.

When I went to look for my wedding dress I spent hours with Denise looking for the one!" I did find "the one" after trying on nearly every dress in the shop. She was so patient and advised me as to what suited me and what didn't. She made it a very happy enjoyable experience. I also bought all my bridesmaids dresses with her and everybody looked beautiful on the day. I also have to say how she went above and beyond to finish the dresses when we had to bring our wedding forward by eight days to beat the "fire break". I would recommend the Bridal Boutique to any future bride and bridesmaids for an exceedingly enjoyable dress experience."
