Vets4Pets - Shrewsbury

The vet was excellent, as were the nurses and receptionist. My dog is very content when visiting Vets4Pets at Shrewsbury.Well done all and thanks.

Stopped using this vet a few months ago. sad as had received good care with previous dogs. Quoted £1000 pounds for treatment. Got second opinion and treated for £61.00 at Animal Trust. Allergy injection use to cost over £150 animal Trust £80. Shop around as this vets is money driven not pet welfare focused.

I am always greeted by friendly, helpful staff at this vets practice. Vet Anna has been fabulous in treating our dog and I was impressed with her clinical knowledge and diagnostic skills. She has maintained a personal touch throughout and truly seems to care about how our dog is doing

Because of the kindness shown to me and Alfie on every appointment , and the support given as Alfie is recently diagnosed as diabetic, staff are knowledgeable and able to answer my questions, the vets explain everything to me so it's easy for me to understand, nothing seems to much trouble, would definitely recommend Vets for Pets .

I have been using this company for 8 years with my dog, always been welcomed by the staff and my dog is a very nervous dog and can't fault any of the staff who have seen to us . I am unsure if was a vet or nurse who did vaccine but she was lovely kind and felt she was very competent at her job role . The area was clean aswell as the waiting area , the staff were all happy and seemed so genuine .

Everything was explained in detail. The nurse was really Confident with both rabbits and I was reassured they’d be in the best care. The operation went well on both of them and we had a check up 2 days later which was successful. Both are thriving and doing really well. Instructions on care and medication was excellent and easy to follow

They are fantastic during emergencies, can't fault them. Everyone is lovely and they genuinely care about your pets. We have a cat and dog on plan with them and although we've had some slip ups in the past 4 years (not been kept up to date on vacs for dog or put on more expensive plan when dog had gone overweight and not educating us [also on us, appreciated]), it their reaction to emergencies that matter most. Everything else is admin and maintenance.

Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful behaviour from your branch staff at Shrewsbury. Will never take another living creature for treatment again. Our breeder fully paid up for a puppy pack. We checked 3 times with Shrewsbury branch staff that it would be valid for the 2nd vaccines for 2 puppy's could be done there instead of Walsall. Yes no problem. Now they state otherwise. Apparently each branch is a franchise and cannot transfer a pre paid transaction. Cat, who would not give her last name could not have been less helpful if she tried. Apparently there is nothing on record to state that both my Wife and I calling the branch, that no one spoke to us to confirm that the fee paid would be honoured and the person listed above won't provide inside information relating to the case. I have escalated my complaint to the head office after receiving a threatening letter. Not only trying to rip us off but also my elderly Mother. Next step is Trading Standards if I do not get a positive response. Despite several forms of contact with both the branch and head office. I paid a bill that had already been paid in full by the breeder. In fact the only item that was due was for the worming tablets, which he my local vet said, were not suitable for puppies.
