The Kiln Ceramic Cafe
I got my daughter's hand and foot prints made here. Whilst the service was good and quick, the actual outcome was more than disappointing. The colour was not as described, her left hand has a deformed pinky and thumb, there are chips in the placque, and the paint is so thick on the prints that it's actually covered up most of the details. The prints arrived after 7 weeks despite being promised they'd be finished after 3. Her hands are a lot bigger now so I won't be able to have such cute prints when I redo them, which is also disappointing.

This cafe has been the highlight of my childhood and I continue to visit as an adult, the lady who owns it is so warm and friendly, the store’s atmosphere is wholesome and having a creative place for our children is so important.

This was my birthday treat and I am 56, all the family thought it a bit weird until we started, very relaxing, great inspiration from the owner, lots of lovely stuff to create memories on.

Really nice and friendly atmosphere and a wide range of pottery and colours to choose from. Samantha the owner is really lovely, and communication from her was amazing! It is quite loud however so possibly not the best for children with autism or auditory sensory needs. Would definitely recommend as a relaxing and fun activity for every age
