Huddersfield Pharmacy

I ordered some medicine and I received a medicine of half the strength. Also, I was supposed to get 8 pills and they gave me a leaf of 4 pills. When I came home I realised everything was wrong. I called them and they delivered the ‘correct’ medicine once again, which also was incorrect medicine. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable.

All the staff are very very nice and perlite person’s. The food is 100% nice and warm drinks too. Come on in cos the best place to eat

Absolutely disgusting customer service, after ringing the pharmacy to inform them of my mothers carousel alarm showing error and beeping from 8am I was told someone would be out to refill it and sort it out, at 6pm I rang but no answer, I had to go round and remove the batteries to stop it beeping through the night, as it hasn't been filled either that means no medication for her in the morning.

Refused for a repeat prescription of Tegretol Pro Longed Carbamazepine for my father who suffers from Trigeminal Neuralgia simply because of the words 'pro longed' missed from the prescription by the GP although the old medicine box was also shown. Disgusting how a large company like this does not understand the pain of a Trigeminal Neuralgia and would refuse medication!Absolutely dissatisfied that service was compromised for someone suffering from the above condition!

DANGER BEWARE OF BOOKING YOU COVID BOOSTER!!!!!Last Thursday 29TH SEPT I attended for a covid jab to be given in what can only be described as a SHOE BOX!when I was called in, I commented on how hot it was and asked why no air conditioning the girl replied there is non , but they've us this DESKTOP FAN. They are giving injections every five minsThe next day my arm was fine, but later I had a bit of a weezy headache, then sweating,then sore throatI have never had FLU IN OVER 30 YRS !!!! but I new this was not normaland I dawned on me!!!!!!!PEOPLE GOING INTO THE CUBICLE EVERY 5 MINS WITH NO SCEENING ETC, they could have monkey pox, covid, FLU any knownVirular symptoms!!!!AND GUESS WHAT THIS DESK TOP FAN,,,, IS WHIRLING ALL THE AIRBOURNE GERMS ABOUT AT OVER 20 MILES PER HOURI AM STILL POORLY NOW TODAY THE TUESDAY 4TH OCT,at time of writing I have had a week of pain and sufferingDue to the INCOMPETENCE OF THE PHARMACYBEWARE
