The purchase, delivery and construction of the bed that I ordered couldn’t have been better. The assistance I received when choosing the bed was informative, friendly and helped me to make the right choice. The lady who owns the shop is wonderful, kind and extremely helpful, the shop is full of gorgeous things, it’s like an Aladdin’s cave!The men who delivered the bed and assembled it were efficient, professional and cheerful.

Had some beautiful pieces from here! My favorite piece has been a blue mosaic vase/lamp. I always get compliments from visitors.I don't live locally so always try and pop in to get something whenever I'm visiting the lakes because there isn't a shop that comes anywhere close to Cromptons down where I live(for both service AND quality)Barbara is great and is always so friendly and accommodating anytime we have paid a visit!

I've had such a wonderful bed sent from Cromptons. They're so friendly, professional, personal and will do anything to go out of their way even when deliveries have been delayed by the manufacturer, they've let me know and got it to me as soon as they have it. The bed is fantastic and so comfy. Small and local company, and really delivers high quality.

My 'Go To' shop for everything beautiful. Unusual gifts, marvellous service (the kind you thought had vanished), kind and considerate help for my elderly parents when choosing comfortable chairs and beds to make their lives easier, stylish furniture for my own home, beautiful lamps, candles, vases - it's an treasure trove of GORGEOUSNESS!!! Barbara and her wonderful staff are so helpful, a joy to visit. (The Christmas stuff is pretty special too). Go! I hope you won't be disappointed. I never am.

Frequent visitor! Beautiful shop with beautiful products, brilliant service and run by two lovely local people who can’t do enough to help. Barbara and Ian go above and beyond to deliver the best service as well as top quality pieces! Love them both! They supplied our bed, mattress, carpets, clocks, lamps and all sorts of bits sorted around our place.
