Lock replaced was a good job but beware, “no call out fee” maybe BUT £120 minimum labour charge. They’ll tell you “£120 per hour or part thereof”, but they actually mean the minimum charge is £120, and then another £120 if it goes a single minute over the hour…..beware

Be warned ! Avoid unless you’ve money to burn! Was told by operator 85 quid for fitting or part of hour thereof and cost of lock- guy was here no more than 5 minutes and cost me 180 quid! Apparently its a flat fee and the lock was a standard upvc lock which therefore cost 100 quid! Never again! I’ll get an odd job man to do it or do it myself in future!
