very friendly staffing team with good knowledge of products. Helpful with advice if required. the whole team are always happy to help. I use the range facilities on a regular basis , excellent quality with bays now having tracer facilities with many extra.Highly recommended

Helpful and professional during the fitting process, and also happy to give instructional advice when needed. They certainly do not try to up-sell any products unnecessarily - very candid. Will be coming back again.

Went in to purchase a gift card first time today. Served by a lovely kind gentleman, however The manager (who had worked at Morrisons previously) started shouting at the staff and saying he needed to get some fresh air. On the way out he started shouting ‘who had dressed the mannequins’. When he was outside the shop, someone (which was more than likely him) started banging the walls (sounded like he was smashing it with a golf club). When I left I saw that he was in the car park walking around. Should not be in this role. Very unprofessional and I was frightened in the store. Would never return again. Should be fired because If he was my manager I would not work there..!!

Great staff and stuff

Always very helpful and knowledgable staff on hand to provide advice on products and options. There is an excellent range in stock and you can also order other products from the wider catalogue online. Have also had wedges regripped and they did a good job. Worth shopping around though for price comparisons, as they have matched genuine prices on request.

Had a ‘MOT’ here and shout out to Joe, super helpful and sorted out weight positioning and lofts on my driver/wood. Also helped with fitting me for a new putter, loads of info and well worth the time. No price match here unfortunately so ended up buying the putter I liked online instead.

Disappointed.i was fitted for a new driver and 3 wood last year.i was told by Richard the chap that fitter me that he would work with me for 12 months with the driver. Think I was just told that so I would spend £650.However I do love this shop and the selection they have.Just disappointed with what I was told.

The team are a friendly bunch but I always try and deal with Clive who is a similar age to myself and has worked at the branch for a little my time. Very knowledgeable and would only recommend something suitable so I always go back.
