PerioLondon are the best. They have looked after me for many, many years now and I would not dream of going elsewhere. During Covid I had to as I could not travel to London, and now I know how superb their treatment and advice has been over the years.

I approached PerioLondon as a self-referral following my own research on the internet. I did not know what to expect but I can say, without hesitation, that they have exceeded all my expectations. I was allocated to Dr Baker’s team based on my medical needs. From the very beginning I was impressed with how thorough and friendly the process was, starting with the reception team, the initial consultation with Dr Baker, the treatment plan and subsequent treatment sessions. I presented with complex needs involving two infected fractured molars and, from the very beginning, Dr Baker patiently explained my diagnostic and treatment options and answered all my questions. During treatment every effort was made to make me comfortable including a choice of music. The treatment was followed with detailed post-treatment advice and contact numbers in case I needed further advice or support. Dr Baker’s assistant phoned me the next day to check how I was feeling and offer further advice. I am really grateful to Dr Baker and his team for taking me on and for treating me with such professionalism, care and kindness.

From start to finish from the reception to dental staff the overall friendliness and comforting atmosphere helped to calm my nerves. Professor Needleman is an expert in his field as a periodontist both efficient and patient and really listened to my fears. Advice was given on a treatment plan and how to improve my oral health. Follow up appointment was made and I feel confident in resolving my issues one step at a time.

Altogether a very friendly reception, outstandingly spotless and well equipped surgery. My appointment time was kept exactly on time and during it I was kept super informed throughout and felt at ease.
