Hello this is the second time I have ordered with eastcost fencing and think they are brilliant and so help full both Customer service and they delivery don't have a bad word to say about then so really helpfull and grat service I'm supper happy with the items I have received on both my orders

Absolutely made up when my fence panels arrived after being a little bit hesitant in purchasing from a company some distance away from me. For delivery man Dan 6****** very professional and pleasant to deal.In regards the delivery manager Chris I can say that the orders were full professionally as lucking the customer service skills and did made me numerous times upset and I spent so much more time and nerves just because one single person. As a customer service I would doubt that Beverly or Darren A. would support as a business model to tell any customer that they don’t care and cancel a order with no consent and to refuse business after a member of staff did overpromised me a delivery date. Therefore the 2* review as lucking customer service.In regards the quality of the material as a first impression looks steady but after reviewing all in detail the posts are missing corners and are dark and unusable faces due to cork on post which is terrible. The trellis is screwed incorrect and lots of loose ends on other side, used bad timber that slices in half. Quite unhappy with the poor quality!

Delivered on time with no hassle. Forgot few items in the first order, but was easily able to place another order which they delivered at together with first order. Excellent service and delivery man was very kind to unload where I needed them to be.

Excellent service. You should be so proud of your delivery man. Unloaded it all on his own without knocking on my door. I have used this company for a few jobs now and will continue to do so.

Poor quality. Arrogant customer service. Items arrived, bent, damp, loose and wet.They fell apart straight away. Sky high delivery charges and to top that off, they just leave it near your door and send a text an hour later saying your item's have been delivered?!Very poor communication and very arrogant customer service. I would not recommend buying from this site. Pictures on website are fake. Avoid as they do not accept returns or refunds and are very rude. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Placing my order was a very straightforward and simple process. Delivery was prompt and arrived as planned. Everything delivered in excellent condition and very happy with extra black Friday discount. Thank you and will definitely order from this company again. Excellent service.

Purchased 14 of the heavy duty fence panels. Great service and quality product! Left the panels to dry for a week before putting them up as they were too heavy to lift and slot into existing posts. V happy with the end result.
