I have been working for Orca over 2 years now. I love working here, I am apart of a great team, and although I work part time nothing is to much trouble for my other team members to pick up any work tasks in my absence. The flexibility of working from home and in the office really does go along way!

Experience so far has been fantastic, from the first phone call discussing needs and requirements, to the onboarding being nearly seamless, and then the general customer service that i'm seeing for my clients. Couldn't ask for better!! My account manager Kelvin has been incredible helpful so far, and I look forward to a longstanding relationship with Orca!

I leave this review for Kathryn and the team. They are very supported and amazing people. I enjoy working with them. Also the response is immediately.The only down side of this company where you can see the report isn’t clear. When I checked all the calls, you can be charged 3 or 4 times for one telephone number. And it’s happened often in a day.I will change the 5 stars review if the report improves. But I leave 4starts for now.

I have worked at Orca for over a year. I really enjoy working for the company. They provided full training which continues throughout your employment and they are always on hand if you are stuck and need anything. The team leaders are very helpful and always try to make everything fair across the team. They make work/life balance a breeze. I enjoy the freedom to work from home especially because I have a young family and Orca has enabled me to do that. It also means I do not have to account for travel time before and after shifts.

We have started using Orca to handle our business overflow calls. Onboarding was quick and simple, and they instantly understood what we needed. They act as an extension of our company and so far we have been delighted with the quality of their calls. Our PA, Kathryn, has made the set up seemless, and its great to have one point of contact that we can update with any changes we need making to the scripts etc
