I purchased 5 disposable vapes .They came quickly. The first 2 did not work and were either empty or broken. The next 2 had leaked completely all over the packaging and I had to scrub my hands several times over the next day to get rid of the smell.I threw all 5 away because of the fact 2 of them were soaked and 2 did not work. I sent an email to ask for a refund and the company is not interested in my situation and said unless I send back the faulty, soaking wet products I cannot get a refund.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . I understand that they often would need to see the faulty product , my intention initially was not to complain so I threw them away. I feel that they have let me down. There are many different companies offering these products and I strongly recommend you use those companies. Faulty products and lack of trust. I buy a lot of vaping products for the family and it's the first and last time I will use this company.....There reply is meaningless...strange that they took 3 days to reply by email but within 30 minutes of me posting a bad review they read and reply. I told them the objects were beyond saving twice already . Clearly they have no intention to refund me . I have moved on I suggest you do.

Me and my mrs have been using this shop for many years recently my mrs bought a mod 2 battery's and a charger after just over a month the mod was faulty took in to shop was told it was out of warranty as the shops policy is 28 days ok so she bought another and yet again its faulty after just over a month shop not interested told to contact inokin which we did inokin advised that all there official stockist give 90 dayswarranty not 28 days went back to the shop today to speak with the manager over the phone to be told inokin have told me a load of rubbish and I have used the wrong email to contact them so now we're stuck with 2 mods 2 battery's and a charger that in total cost us about £80 the manager isn't interested in keeping loyal customers so we will be shopping elsewhere also while in the shop a week again guess what somebody else complaining about a faulty mod

Don't go in the Town Centre shop on a Wednesday as the customer service is terrible. The first Wednesday I went in they gave me the wrong strength liquid and the second Wednesday I went in they gave me an empty box of liquid which I only realised when I got back home. If you do go in on a Wednesday check your items before you leave as it is a shambles.

Great shop, great staff & even better stock.Nothing is ever too much for the lads they'll help out anybody struggling to find what they want and don't rush you into sales. Returns are straight forward too no messing about they take your word for it. Superb shop for the town.

Good service friendly staff I love there dream.and saints E-liquid I got the kiwi passion fruit guava and it didn't disappoint me I recommend the saints stuff or the dream it's 2 bottles for £15 or 3 for £20 I'll be getting my liquid from here

Absolutely fantastic service during lock down, delivering to your door step. Had a delivery last week , my daughter had dropped her bank card on the door mat outside , the delivery man knocked and placed my order on the step and walked away , what an honest man he is , he could of picked the card up because we were unaware that she had dropped it . Thank you to the delivery guy and Evolution for a great service .
