I have worked with Suzanne for just over four years now as my councillor on many topics personal to me. When I first attended I was in quite a dark and somewhat unhealthy place. From our first session Suzanne created a safe space for me to vent, open up, and view my emotions, thoughts, feeling and behaviours with compassion and intellegence. Our work together has been invalueble to me on many levels. An despite my sporadic work pattern she has always found time to fit me in with reasonable notice. She has never raised her fee since I started attending, an I have never once in those four years left her practice thinking what a waste of time or money. If I could I would happily do more sessions with this lady. She is a real credit to her profession.

after making the initial effort to see a counsellor it is extremely discouraging when they become 'suddenly' unavailable or 'fully booked' by other clients who don't pay student rates. I find this extremely unprofessional - she also did not even reply to my emails after stating this. Very rude and disheartening.

I was going through a difficult time in my life back in 2017, which you could call a dark night of the soul.I didn't feel I could speak to a doctor about what I was experiencing, as I felt it was something spiritual.So, I looked on Google to find someone and discovered Zen Counselling. Living in Runcorn, I booked a session with Suzanne. I didn't pay much attention to the address; I just got dropped off and followed the directions on my phone.It was a very dark, windy, and rainy day. I was very depressed, walking with my head down, crying, and in a dark place.
