I was fortunate to discover Pears Roofing who recently replaced my roof in Thornton Cleverleys.My background is Facilities Management so I’m very experienced in procurement of building related services.I obtained 5 quotations and the best by far was supplied by Mike Pears. The quotation was extremely detailed, it outlined every step of the way including specifying products and how they would be fitted, this is exactly what you need if entering into major refurbishment projects.The team appeared on the agreed date and did not stop until the job was completed after about 7 days, it was all I could do to get them to stop for a drink!The works were carried out exactly as described in the quotation, health and safety was adhered to and the site was kept near and tidy at all times.Mike touched base throughout the job and did a final inspection and walk through with me on completion.They stuck to their price which was fair and competitive and upon completion I was supplied with guarantee and all relevant paperwork.All in all it was a fabulous stress free experience and a neat, tidy and weatherproof roof that will outlast me!Highly recommend Pears Roofing.

From start to finish the guys who replaced our main roof were brilliant. Attention to detail was second to none. They were friendly and consisderate to us and our neighbours. All the work was completed quickly and on time and site left clean and tidy when finished. We would highly recommend them for any roofing work.

Wouldn’t recommend this company what so ever. What I have just witnessed is absolutely disgusting behaviour of one of their workers in a small van. Absolutely aggressive for no reason at all towards a delivery driver for being parked up. The taxi was blocking the road but an aggressive driver who works for this company was very aggressive for no good reason. By the looks of it this company employs thugs. That poor driver was just trying to do his job. Obviously super busy with Christmas just around the corner. Disgusting stay well clear from this company.
