OPPO MOBILE UK LTD

Bought a phone off Oppo directly. It was faulty they tried to repair it 3 times, could not and the phone came back in terrible condition!!After 8 months of waiting for Oppo support to get a 'decision from HQ management or Head Quarters' that never came i finally get offered a refund and am told to contact Oppo sales. I have now since been told by Oppo sales i cannot get a full refund due to time frame?!? I explained that it was Oppo support who made me wait 8 months for a decision. They say they cannot do anything about it???VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would avoid Oppo totally is my advice after that experience!

Absolutely awful service from five tech.co.uk . Have been chasing since last Friday and yet I am still chasing to see whether they would be interested in by business. Looking to buy 200 handsets. I guess they do not want the business.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent purchase of an Oppo mobile phone. The service I've experienced has been nothing short of terrible. The camera, which is one of the most important features for me, has not been working correctly since day one. Despite sending the phone back for repairs three times, the issue still persists. It's frustrating to invest in a device that simply doesn't meet expectations, especially when the company seems incapable of providing a solution. I regret buying this phone and wouldn't recommend it to others.

Brilliant phones, with fantastic spec.

Terrible product person ge who just shouts at people and treats people with disrespect everyday. Be ware if you are near her. But they are shutting down in the uk anyway lol
