A great day out for all the cubs.

Had an amazing time shooting the rifles -.177, bolt action, CO2 powered - very easy and great fun!!Afterwards, we moved to the axe throwing, which again was well run and loads of fun!!Will definitely be back to try the archery, pistols and crossbows.

Had a absolute amazing time here. Had a giggle and a laugh. Well done Lewis and Micheal you were awesome. We would definitely come back xxxx

The toilets and bathroom are the only pitfalls in this place. Dirty! Then the hot water runs for a few seconds only.

Me and my boyfriend had a fantastic time doing Air-rifle shooting and Tomahawk throwing! Lewis instructed us and he was very friendly and professional and I can't wait to go back and do it again sometime!

Our County's campsite offers a wide range of activities. To keep prices down - with appropriate permits / qualifications it is possible to hire some of the activities without instructors. As local Scouts we can also use the field and some other parts of the site for free. There is a nice mixture of adventurous activities, including a cave bus, climbing tower, low ropes, high ropes, archery and air rifle shooting amongst others. It also has a backwoods cooking area and a large campfire circle. The site is the host location of many of the County events that we attend including camps such as Cubboree and Confido as well as some of the County Competitions. It is also the location of our local Scout shop, which is open on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

The staff were Awesome " said my 11year-old Grandson and the day was "Fantastic" I couldn't improve on that. The Centre was excellently layed out safety was paramount but fun was also expected.We choose 4 activities and it was well worth the cost. There were no hidden extras....Amazing. Mark

Beautiful setting with mature trees and lots of separate outdoor areas for different activities. Individual showers with hot water! Good mini dormitories, 4 to a room. Wheelchair accessible dormitory with ensuite bathroom downstairs. Excellent!
