First class service, after been hit from behind, coopers were helpful and professional all the way, I was kept informed of the progress and when my car was ready it looked like new, all washed and hoovered. You would never know it had been in an accident.

I was recommended by my VW dealer to take my car here to get the bodywork repaired after an accident , after about a week, all done and a very good job too. Four years later, brought to my attention bubbling paint on the left rear wheel arch, same side repaired. When I explained what had happened to this person their reply was ' badly finished off' and Job not done well enough. When I phoned up about the warranty mine and another make, only for 3 years !. other makes 5 years . The body and paint work came with a 10-15 yr warranty. I'm not happy with this company to say the least . My advice , check out other places first before these lot.To be fair , I have given it two stars instead of the previous one star , but only because of the condition I received it back , but that doesn't mean that I'll be going back there if I need anymore body repair work doing.

Have to say I'm impressed with this company they have done an excellent job on my car and on time, they went out of their way to help me

Wow. How not to do customer service should be this company motto. Shambolic paint work and wow on the repair....never ever again.

Excellent service after someone reversed into my BMW. Good follow up too.

Car had full door painted under BMW lifetime guarantee. Marks missed on routine inspection and needed to be pointed out. Now told reason for bad paintwork is the result of bird poo. Totally unacceptable, definitely feel like I am being fobbed off. Will be taking this further

Fantastic repair and good as new . I must admit being concerned due to extensive damage my car had sustained, but no need to have been concerned as car looks as good as new .A big thankyou to all at cooper car clinic

Very accommodating and did a great job of fixing the minor damage on my car when it got reversed into.

The work is good but the customer services is very poor never keep you up to date on what is happening my insurance told them not to change the sliding door yet they ordered one so this meant taking longer for what the damage was which was really scrapes and dents that really only needed pulling our and painted for something that should have only taken 2 weeks which is what I was told really took 5 weeks and they never gave me any information on the curtesy car they gave me never said if it was petrol or diesel or how powerful it was which it was more powerful than our car no warning on how to handle a car with that much power we will never use these again

Car went in for warranty paint work. Came out runs on every panel, overspray on body trim, overspray on in side rubbers,overspray on glass and now car is 2 different colours.!!!!
