Terrible experience and I feel cheated. I took my 12 months old (just under 3000 miles) Mercedes EQB for its service in order to reset the service meter and maintain warranty continuity. There was nothing really to be done and I had no concerns. They completed the service and included the change of the pollen filter at a cost of £39.50 plus VAT total cost therefore approx £48. I questioned the manager why it needed changed as the car was under a year old and had only done just less the 3000 miles. I also asked to see the older filter and I took a photograph of it. The excuse was that maybe I parked under a tree etc at night (I don’t!). I checked under Google when I got home and apparently filters should be changed every 2 years or 15,000 - 30,000 miles. I park in a clean air environment near the North Coast and there was 1500 miles on the clock when I got the car about 2 months ago. Car owners beware when getting work done here.

Nigel & Co provide a first rate service in the North of the country and save a trek to Belfast/Portadown. Experienced Mercedes-Benz technicians at reasonable labour prices. I happily trust them with my car.
