Nearly 2 hours and no order. Restaurant refuse refund. Lying about order, every excuse under the sun. Useless won’t be ordering again. Place used to be good.

Partner ordered food which was over an hour late, it arrived stone cold to which he refused to accept and sent it back due to how long it took, driver kept asking was anything forgotten and we’ll look after you next time you order. Literally not the point. They also go under a different name on Deliveroo, they are under pizza bar on Deliveroo and it took us to type in the address to even be able to contact them to find where the order will be, I said I’d call after 10 minutes and shockingly when I did try to say we’ve refused the food and want a refund the lines have been closed down. Also makes me question whether the pizza bar on Deliveroo actually has a food business registration due to being 2 completely different names. Do not order or you’ll be left severely disappointed. Also got told by the driver sometimes delivery takes 2 hours, I can tell judging by how cold my partners order was when it arrived.If we had known the actual buisness we was ordering from we would’ve went by the reviews and not bothered at all.

Order from here around twice a month. Food is great, chips are lovely and I enjoy their halloumi and peri wraps. Ocassionally they are late with delivery, but they deliver themselves so I am aware of this. Unlike other reviews only once I remember it arrived cold, which I was refunded so no issue. Been ordering for around 2 years and will continue to do so.

I had the burger, fries and grilled halloumi.The burger was hot, juicy and packed with flavour. One of the nicest burgers I’ve had I a while. Fries nice and fresh, crispy on the outside still.The halloumi what can I say. Well it was grilled to perfection 10/10. The flavour from the charcoal grill was spot on.Would I get this againErm YES in a heartbeat.

Food was never received they just took our money and then when we tried to call the phone line didn't work. Have had friends complain about this restaurant aswell as they're always late and always forget items

Food took over an hour to deliver even when I’m local, called to see what’s happening with my order to be told he’s 2 minutes away…then another 10 minutes passed so I called back and was told he’s leaving now? food arrived and was missing 2 drinks so had gone round there and not even an apology regarding this , absolutely awful! used to hear nothing but good words about this place but NEVER AGAIN! ridiculously priced for a bit of dry chicken covered in sauce and chips that are hard and cold!

Ordered: wrap with chargrilled halloumi & Veg and Peri Chicken. They started to place the veg from frozen packs you get from Iceland, I couldn’t believe my eyes, so asked him to stop.Re hygiene there were a lot of concerns. The chap scratched his testicular region and continued to go about making food. The chicken was drier than the Sahara, it just wasn’t fresh. Service was friendly albeit the place has gone so downhill. Used to be a go to.

Ordered a few times on Uber Eats before and the food was decent. However my latest experience has been dreadful - all the burgers were cold and tasted burnt. Called and the owner just kept arguing about the fact they were freshly cooked. I won’t be ordering again.

Food was soooo late and stone cold actually made me feel sick really poor quality food, so dry.made me feel really sick, refund defo needed ASAP. Wish I never ordered from here. Avoid this place at all costs. Actually worried I'm gonna get really poorly after eating from here as I really feel so sick after trying to eat some of the order.
