picked up van thursday morning noticed slight smell in cabafter loading it struggled to pull away on slope in driveat a set of lights tried a hill start clutch burning struggled to pull awayjust spoken to staff who told me i pulled away wrongly which caused the clutch to burn and now it is perfectly fine,he also told me i was offered a replacement van within 20 min which is a lie as i was offered no van but told to organise recovery myselfthis is the second van i have hired recently from them the first had half the side missingthe last, burnt clutch,bent handbrake and service warning triangle permanently onWILL NOT USE AGAIN

Everything as expected. The van I was given was a little larger then I expected, so a bit of a challenge to drive but I soon got used to it

Should be called unpractical car hire.And the most rude and obnoxious woman i ever met dropping and picking the car up. Shouldnt even get 1 star
