Good finished house only complaint there after care is a bit non existent I am still waiting to get extra paving slabs laid at the back of my garage to hide the wheely bins from view when sitting in our sun room some lock block to be reset near the entrance to my garage door as they have moved due to a space in the concrete between garage floor and lock block and 2 chipped roof tiles the above was all mentioned in the snagging list the on site person responsible for checking all work has been completed has to be reminded quite often to get any work done he always says the next time that trades person is on site I will get them to complete the job I am still waiting
